Our lawyers are proud members of several professional organizations that help us
to maintain a high level of service. Our attorneys are Eagle members and active
participants with The Florida Justice Association and we are also active in the
Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, serving in leadership positions, including
President.
Continuing Legal Education is an important part of our practice. Our memberships
in the Hillsborough County Bar, The Pinellas County Bar, and the Trial Lawyers
Section of the Florida Bar help us stay current on the changing face of Florida
law. Our attorneys have completed a number of seminars on a wide range of
topics, including wrongful death cases, evidence, insurance disputes, personal
injury protection, driving under the influence, criminal felonies and
misdemeanors, bad faith in the insurance industry and many, many more.
Our lawyers have been honored to serve on several boards, including serving on
the Board of Directors for the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association and formerly
the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce. Members of our firm have serviced on the
Board of Directors for Tampa Catholic High School; we have sponsored little
league baseball teams, church organizations and events, and The South Tampa
